I’m El Hassan Arkhis, the creator of Simple Office AI.

My background includes public administration, business information systems, data, Python, and applied artificial intelligence. That combination led me to become interested in a practical problem that many freelancers and small businesses face: administrative work often becomes complicated even when the business itself is still small.

A few spreadsheets become dozens of files. Invoices are saved in different folders. Client information is spread across emails and documents. Simple tasks start taking more time than they should.

That is the type of problem I focus on through Simple Office AI.

What I Work On

My work focuses on practical ways to organize everyday business information using tools that are accessible to small businesses.

Why I Created Simple Office AI

There are many powerful business tools available today, but more software does not always solve the problem.

For a freelancer or small business, a clear spreadsheet and a sensible folder structure can sometimes be more useful than a complicated platform that nobody wants to maintain.

Simple Office AI was created to focus on that middle ground: using technology where it genuinely helps, while keeping the system understandable for the person who has to use it every day.

How I Approach the Content

The guides and resources on Simple Office AI are designed around practical problems rather than technology for its own sake.

When I write about a spreadsheet, AI tool, template, or workflow, the goal is to explain:

what problem it solves, how to set it up, how to use it in a realistic situation, and where its limitations are.

I also aim to review and improve AI-assisted material before publication rather than publishing raw generated content.
